Received e-mail from Oneodio refusing refund and offering a 10% discount on a future order instead. What a slap in the face.
Original review posted by user Nov 19, 2022Purcahse a pair of OneOdio A70 headphones on Amazon in October, 2020 and the headphone padding has started to flake off into my ear, onto my neck and in my hair. The padding does not come off so the entire product is a complete loss at this point. I have e-mailed customer service but have not received any sort of response. Will change my review if they reach out to me with a reasonable solution.
User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
